So I joined a Foodie Pen Pal group with people in Canada.  So without further ado I got a package from..... Caroline Mailloux the wonderful lady at http://www.carolineandsalem.com

So drum roll please...

This lovely lady sent me...

     - wonderful tea and and tea ball (how did she know that mine had just had a run in with my dog he he)

                 I could always use help relaxing thank you for the help Caroline

     -  I had told her my favorite fruit was kiwi and strawberries and well you cant really mail these so se sent me Trident Splash Gum and Strawberries and Kiwi Favored  (have never tried it so it will be fun)

     - The thoughtful person she is sent me a little notebook to keep all my crazy thoughts (especially as I start this blog) on to paper so I dont forget them he he

     - I am a pretty busy person and she had picked that up from talking/emailing her and so she had sent me some homemade trail mix (have to admit first thing I dove into he he so good)

     - She had sent me a oatmeal bar recipe and with it some quinoa which is something I love (so excited)

     - My breakfast in the morning always is oatmeal so she sent me something extra to add to my oatmeal in the morning so I dont get bored (thanks for thinking ahead)

     - She had sent me cookies call "maamoul" says that her mother in law showed her how to make them and sent me some so pretty excited to try the different kinds: date, pisachio, and walnut I love new things to try so excited to eat them with my tea he he

SO there you go hope you drool over the pictures as I get to enjoy the wonderful food he he
